钱塘江公轨两用大桥总体设计

摘 要:钱塘江公轨两用大桥通行双向8车道一级公路、双线机场快线和慢行通道。大桥全长2 007.8 m,包括跨钱塘江主桥、公轨合建引桥以及快轨车站,横向布置为公路在上、轨道交通在下的双层结构。跨钱塘江主桥采用(73.4+122+4×240+122+73.4) m悬链形上加劲连续钢桁梁桥;节点桥采用(51+82+51) m和(40+36) m跨度的连续钢箱梁桥及简支结合梁桥;两岸引桥采用29 m及31 m标准跨度的预应力混凝土连续T形梁桥(公路部分)和简支箱梁桥(快轨部分)。跨钱塘江主桥针对其长联大跨的特征,在中间5个主墩设置双曲面摩擦摆支座以提高结构抗震能力、减小下部结构规模;针对公轨两用的特征,采取增设上加劲弦、上下层桥面间设置横向桁架的措施提高桥梁刚度;针对并行桥位的影响,对桥墩及基础进行合理的设计。

Overall Design of Qiantang River Rail-cum-Road Bridge

Abstract: The Qiantang River Rail-cum-Road Bridge accommodates eight lanes of grade-I highway (four in each direction), two-track airport rail transit and slow lanes. The bridge has a total length of 2007.8 m, comprising the Qiantang River main bridge, rail-cum-road approach bridges and a rail transit station, with the vehicle traffic on the upper deck and the railway transportation on the lower deck. The main bridge crossing the Qiantang River is a continuous steel truss girder bridge with catenary upper stiffening chords and span arrangement of 73.4,122, 4×240,122 and 73.4 m. The two access bridges are a continuous steel box girder bridge with three spans of 51, 81 and 51 m, and a simply-supported composite girder bridge with two spans of 40 and 36 m, respectively. The girders in the approach bridges on the two banks are the prestressed concrete continuous T girders (accommodating vehicle traffic lanes) and simply-supported box girders (accommodating rail transit tracks) with typical spans of 29 m and 31 m. In light of the long continuous units and long spans of the main bridge, the friction pendulum bearings with two curved surfaces were installed on the 5 intermediate piers to improve the seismic resistant perfor-mance of the structure and reduce the scale of the substructure.Based on the features of the combined vehicle and railway transportation, the upper stiffening chords are added and lateral trusses are installed between the upper and lower decks to improve the rigidity of the bridge. To address the influence of the parallel nearby bridges, the piers and foundations are rationally designed.
